RACE 1

3-Sonofamistery – Ranked #4 on the Road to the Hambo, fresh off a wire-to-wire career best, an eye catching 1:51.2, after a solid third in NJSS Final, stablemate to Dancinginthedark M stands out from an inside draw

 

1-Colonial AS IT – Late-blooming Italian-bred son of Readly Express, unraced @ two, caught fire reeling off four straight @ Harrah’s Philadelphia, Hambo eligible gets a serious test from the rail

 

2-Zenith Stride – 2020 Peter Haughton Memorial shocker seems to have renewed confidence with trotting hopples, won the NJSS consolation in the slop, out of position last time chasing Sonofamistery & moves inside

 

RACE 2

1-Ethics – Father Patrick colt rebounded off an early miscue with a solid third in his follow up, lightly-raced Team Orange Crush pupil has plenty to build on from the rail

 

2-Aunt Irene – Trixton sister to Shake It Cerry, Uncle Lasse & Dontyouforgetit, out of the Hall of Fame dam Solveig, exits a couple of NJSS miles, has missed 35 days, but draws inside for Team Takter

 

6-Dutiful – Trixton filly was much better as a close runner up in her last two, both on sloppy tracks, Jonas Czernyson has her going in the right direction & her gate speed puts her in play

 

RACE 3

6-Justlikehim – Was facing much tougher here last Fall, makes his second start off the bench with trotting hopples added & drops into a real soft spot for James Foley

 

8-Southwind Frost – Fired out, took charge & was able to rate a dominant wire-to-wire tally last week, just a fifth off his lifetime best, blasts off again & attempts similar 

 

4-Dew Can Dew – Joe Lee won the GSY Pace Final last week, Lasix has helped this mare revive her form, producing better finishes, one for 18 this season is a concern

 

RACE 4

5-Mister Hat – Rallied for a big upset in his Big M debut, just missed with a sharp effort from post eight two starts back, drops back into a claimer + adds G. Nap 

 

4-Always A Force – 8YO launched a well-timed late move with Dexter Dunn & produced a sparkling new mark of 1:51.2 last week, can’t rule out a repeat from another inside post

 

3-Trick Card – Beaten favorite was eager to leave, offered a serious late bid & settle for third behind Always A Force, fresh claim draws inside again to resume his stalking role

 

RACE 5

4-Titus Seelster – 0 for 21 in 2021, but liking his early zip & strong second to May I Cruise West last week, draws better & picks up Joe Lee

 

1-May I Cruise West – 9YO snapped a long losing skid with a first over crush as the heavy favorite, just two fifths off his lifetime mark & lands the rail

 

6-Ideal Tyson A – 0 for 18 this season, just missed with an aggressive effort in 1:52.2 three starts back, that kind of effort makes him a real contender in this wide-open affair

 

RACE 6

2-Milady Denver A – 11YO Aussie-bred moves inside in a career form, beaten favorite nosed out with the mile of her life last week & merits the bump back up in class

 

1-Gottalovemyshadow – Kicked off this month with a new mark of 1:50.2, hasn’t been heard from against tougher mares in her last two, but now gets class & post relief

 

3-Best Honey Hanover – Came out of a shuffle with minors spoils again, gets another shot at this reduced level & in line for another stalking trip from post three again

 

RACE 7

4-De Los Cielos Deo – Classy Team Burke stalwart a twice beaten favorite, just missed two starts back, hasn’t raced in 20 days, but hits rock bottom & draws well

 

2-Desire’s Captain – 1 for 16 Ohio shipper been struggling at a low level @ Scioto, but switches to Team Bongiorno, draws inside & eligible to surprise

 

9-Mcnulty Z Tam – One for 17 in 2021 & stuck outside, but flashed some decent late pace to hit the board in his first start for a new barn with a solid percentage

 

RACE 8

4-Bettor Notbitter A – Twice beaten favorite reclaimed by Edwin Quevedo, makes his third start off a sick scratch, draws well again & can stalk his stablemate

 

3-Tolly-Ho – Two for three since the claim, went all the way from post ten, hot item now moves inside, returns to claimers & will be part of the speed equation

 

7-Kingofthejungle – Consistent 10YO a runner up in his last three, last week off the latest claim, tougher post here, but tactical speed makes him a big part of this

 

RACE 9

1-Major Asset – Took two starts for the Team Bongiorno effect to yield a sparkling new mark in a 1:51 romp as the heavy favorite, improving 4YO moves inside to show more

 

3-Bugger Bruiser – 10YO classmaster been on a nice roll, fresh claim draws better off a solid second, gutsy winner before that, a major contender 

 

6-Davids Coming Home – Reclaimed by Mark Capone & just missed with a sharp :26.4 last week, horse-for-the-course retains Luke Hanners

 

RACE 10

2-Caviart Audrey – Grand Circuit stakes winner at two took her prerequisite tour of the oval, time to bear down for an inside post in her second try off the bench for Team Takter  

 

5-Ideation Hanover – Fresh off an excellent bounce-back mile, nosed out from post eight, logically looms large with a duplicate of that effort for Team Cullipher

 

6-Staycation Hanover – Late-blooming Team Pelling-tuned filly has won three of her last four with brush n crush speed, dangerous despite a stiffer test here

 

RACE 11

3-Mr Mcdreamy – 0 for 17 this season, bumped into a fired up Major Asset last week, just missed by a neck before that, draws better to ensure another smooth trip

 

2-Bionic – Lightly–raced 3YO has taken a couple of starts to acclimate, draws inside to get within striking range again & has license to step it up a notch

 

6-Dependlebury A – 1 for 16 in 2021, game winner at this level back on May 29 finished a distant third behind Mr Mcdreamy last week, could be dangerous with the right set up

 

RACE 12

6-Off The Record – Tripped out to prevail as the heavy favorite in her second start here, continues to tap into her upside with another alertly start anticipated

 

3-Think Of Galaxies – Was able to steal a new mark of 1:51.3 going all the way in a well-rated effort, now draws a bit better after regaining her winning edge

 

1-JM Betonsix – Betting Line filly has been on the verge of breaking through, almost went all the way & nailed late by Off The Record, has inside advantage on that one

 

RACE 13

5-Sunshine Hall – Really liking the narrow loss two starts back, overmatched @ Yonkers last out, returns to the Big M & looks for an aggressive midpack launch

 

4-Special Achiever – Nice rally to hit the board chasing Think Of Galaxies last week, excellent acclimating mile & draws inside again

 

10-Sunday Afternoon – Fourth behind Special Achiever last week & moves outside, yet note the strong second behind that & gets her third shot at this bottom condition
