1-Gold Medal Swan – Dave Miller elected to stay in an anxious third despite a slow :30 second quarter, got badly shuffled & finished well late as the beaten heavy favorite, stablemate to Scirocco Rob gets the rail to make amends & end a long drought


3-Marvelous Trix – Horse-for-the-course might be on the verge off last week’s improved performance @ this bottom level, can’t forget her back-to-back upset rallies earlier this season & draws inside again


7-Alexander Hanover – Just missed an upset with a strong surge in a sharp Big M debut, draws a tougher post & just one for his last 34, but a threat off last week’s effort



5-Imhatra AM S – Muscle Hill first foal out of 2012 post ten Breeders Crown winner Tamla Celeber S, part of a one-two punch for Team Melander, trotted home in :27.2 in an even qualifier & debuts in a soft spot


7-One Trix Pony – Trixton filly won her Vernon Downs qualifier with a late burst with trotting hopples removed, returns to NJ more mature & makes her first start for talented trainer  Brandy Wine, can make a strong impression 


2-Swan Hill – The other Muscle Hill offspring for Team Melander, sold for $155,000, flashed some promise at two, chased a 1:54.3 winner in the qualifier, draws well to work a out a smooth stalking trip



3-Pirates Alley – Bothered by an early breaker, yet finished with a crisp :27.3 in a better effort here last week, rewarded with an inside post for his second start off the claim & retains rising star Tyler Milller


4-Sharknado – 0 for ten this season, but has been better recently, hitting the board in two of his last three @ Pocono, knows this track & draws well in a wide open affair


2-Mayfield Duke – Superbly driven to a close third-place finish last week, 0 for 12 on the season & gets another shot at this bottom claiming level from an improved post



4-Kenziesky Hanover – Team Cullipher mare has tangled with the top trotters this season & gets substantial class & post relief 


3-What Chapter – Brushed & crushed bottom level foes again from the same post last week & remains a serious threat off that blowout 


8-B Yoyo – Track record holder clearly needed his comeback, draws outside again, but drops a notch for Team Bongiorno in a very intriguing affair



1-Master Conrad – Equaled his lifetime mark with a sharp late burst last week, gets the very capable John Calabrese & lands the rail for the raging Chiodo barn 


7-Northern Rock – Horse-for-the-course was on a nice roll before fading last week, reclaimed by Victoria D’Alessandro & looms large


10-Preppy Art – Preppy blew them away to repeat in style fresh off the claim, remains a huge threat to overcome post ten as he continues to ramp it up



4-Masstro – Lightly-raced Muscle Mass 4YO wired a soft N/W 1 field @ Mohawk, ships south, draws well & has loads of upside for Team Alagna 


3-Vitani AS – Left alertly to grab a clear lead from post seven, shuffled & angled wide for the place spot, she’s trending right & draws better 


6-Muskinggum – Pretty good in her Big M debut, picking up a minor share with a steady gain from post eight with Gingras & has license to improve off that acclimating mile



3-VH Princess Brea – Shows a win & close second at this bottom level recently, drop back down to the basement & draws inside again


5-Lotus Seelster – Had the table set with a :54.4 half & perfect second over trip to blow up the board last week, draws better off that stunning lifetime mark


1-Chuppah On – Made an immediate adjustment to the mile track with an aggressive narrow loss last week & lands the rail the follow up with better



4-Ideal Son – Rallied for the runner up spot to Bettor Notbitter A as the beaten favorite, draws inside again to trip out off some encouraging efforts for Team Quevedo, 1:51.2 performer here last season can turn the tables


6-Bettor Notbitter A – Wheeled right back off the claim by the red-hot Edwin Quevedo & destroyed them wire-to-wire from post eight, sharp item in a field of question marks


2-Ocean Colony – The Ocean sank as the badly beaten favorite, but has a chance to rebound fresh off a claim & second try off a sick scratch from the an inside post



2-Skats Outa The Bag – Delaware raider raced great to finish third with pace from both ends from post seven & now moves inside off that excellent acclimating mile


5-So Nice Hanover – Sharpening Chris Ryder trainee rallied again to pick up second to Gottalovemyshadow last week, draws well on the verge in an evenly matched field


6-Gottalovemyshadow – Fresh off an emphatic mild upset last week, gets along great with young gun Tyler Miller & figures to get a speed target in this match up



4-Ruby On Rails – Finished well for minor spoils, back half in a sharp :53.3, while regaining form & draws better among the live contingent


3-Staycation Hanover – Pricey Somebeachsomewhere first foal out of 2015 Shady Daisy winner Stacia Hanover, stormed home to win her 3YO debut for Team Pelling & land post three again


5-Stephanie Deo – Lightly-raced 4YO sports a mark of 1:52.3 here last year, just missed in both starts, the latest a stout rally off a slow :57.1 half



5-Star Of Terror – Switched to this bottom TM level & hit the board again with another strong finish, sets up a stalking trip from midpack in a toss up field


3-Shadow Moon – Has suddenly come to life with back-to-back upsets @ Freehold & draws inside with previous experience here


6-Stella’s Phella – Flashed some late life from post eight last week, draws a bit better in a wide open field & banks on the right set up to snap a long losing skid



1-Bettor BB – Right there second in the photo three starts back, finally moves inside for his second start off the claim & can stalk the speed


5-Gotta Go B B – Rallied from a tough spot to scored the upset for a hot barn last week & takes on a similar bunch from a midpack launch


3-Sossys’ King Kong – Bounced back off a debacle with a narrow loss to Gotta Go B B last week & looms as a major threat with an inside draw



2-S Mckee – Took control, stole a rated :57 half & romped as the heavy favorite last week, moves inside an evenly match field off that long overdue win


9-Western Redhot – Upset these with an ideal trip two starts back, close well to hit the board last week, fresh claim draws outside, but remains a player with the right set up


7-Rockin Rambaran – Beaten favorite just missed & was claimed again, like his gate speed & sharp form, look for him the leave, drop in & stalk the speed BLOG - Friday, April
