H Horse Comment
1 HAMMER CREEK Can’t really fault this guy right now. Three straight decent tries here. Yes, this is a step up, but he begins from the rail and that will keep him close. Let’s see if that rally kicks in again for a share.
2 CREDIT FRAUD Turned in a super try here two back, even getting ahead of Bizet. Then had trouble over at Yonkers. That’s why Eric A brings her back here. I expect a solid effort and a big return to form. Just don’t expect much price. Trainer: Just seemed uncomfortable at Yonkers. Changed a few things, including taking her back to the big track. I anticipate her being better. We will see.
3 CARTIER ZETTE So far, this is the only horse that’s delivered for this barn. The rest have been short. Makes me wonder if this gelding might step up with even more tonight. Provides a price alternative to the mare. Also steps up.
4 ALVISI HANOVER Not much going right for this one at moment. Retains longshot status in my opinion.
5 DEWEY HAVA WINNER Missed a couple of weeks, but was starting to round into form. Gets a new driver here tonight and drew the perfect midpack post. With exactly the right setup, he could threaten at the end.
6 LUCKY SHEILA Pat Berry gave her every chance last week. Mare packs pretty solid speed, and that usually puts her ini a good spot. Same thing coming here and it could be the two mares who battle it out to the end. Don’t be surprised.
7 MAGIC N SPICE Here’s the total wild card in the race. First of all, I can see the “sudden improvement” when Wally hopped about. But, I’m never a fan of first-time up from Florida shippers in the winter. Take a long look first.
8 DIRECT ROUTE Looks like a “project horse” for the barn. They can’t all be killers, right? Gelding hasn’t flashed any early speed in a while, so that will put him behind the eight ball tonight. Let’s see if he can just stay trotting.
9 BRUTAL STORM Also seems to lack that early gear, so I’ll take a pass on this guy from the outside post.

1 NEW TALENT The “shine” of that super win a while back has fallen a bit. Used hard last few and paid the price late. Also, the step up to the Preferred Level has definitely leveled him off. Would need big bounce back from the rail.
2 MINDTRIP In the Mixed Sale on Monday, and he’s liable to bring a pretty penny! Been super solid since arriving here, and it’s nice to see Pete Wrenn in the seat! You know he’ll put the horse in play, trying to impress the buyers!
3 ROBBIE BURNS N Here’s the wild card to this group! Scoots all the way up from Delaware for a big track try. Horse is clearly very fast, but I’m sure he will be tested for both class and stamina here. Demand fair value if you fancy.
4 ROCK THE NITE Got lucky with this winning pick last week! Hey, sometimes it happens. Corey was super aggressive with the gelding and that was the key! This step up might be the problem though. Not sure a true Preferred horse.
5 K RYAN BLUECHIP K Ryan has clearly proved he’s a legitimate Preferred horse! Pace and trip are clearly critical in this spot and I have no idea what Andy’s plan will be. Gun to get the jump on Joe? Or, wait and start grind ahead of Joe?
6 GEEZ JOE After the three weeks off, Marcus raced Joe pretty conservatively, and that’s okay! Came sizzling home, which was exactly what they were looking for. Now, the gloves could come off and he might just gun to the front.
3 Third Race Entries
Picks: 9-3-10-4
H Horse Comment
1 ARCH HANOVER It’s been a little bit of a downer since the Saratoga meet ended. A flat race here. And an even flatter race at Yonkers. Gelding is bound to wake up at some point, but it might take an easier spot than this.
2 MAC ATTACK Hasn’t raced in a long time, folks. So, this is a big comeback attempt. The qualifiers were both okay, but doesn’t he have to need this? I think the answer is yes. I’ll be watching for future consideration.
3 LETJIMMYTAKEOVER Dex had a tough choice and opted here over #8. That’s a big call! Jimmy turned things around completely with a big rally last time. I wonder if it was a fluke, or is he that good? We’ll find out in better post tonight.
4 ANNIHILATION Since that first try here, things haven’t gone so well. He does get another good post and seems versatile enough to do it either way. The main power in here is on the outside. Nap sticks. Need to see more, please.
5 JUMPING JAKE He’s also on the comeback trail, of a mini-sort. Probably not ready to deliver the goods yet.
6 OLDE BROADSIDE Seems like a one-way rallier that hasn’t gotten close enough yet. Needs perfect setup here.
7 FOX VALLEY HIJINX Another longshot that just doesn’t seem primed for a huge effort in here. Post hurts too!
8 HUNDIE N When this horse first showed up, I loved him. Couldn’t win here, but did over at Yonkers. Now, he shows up off a sick scratch and lots of missed time. Dunn opted off. I’ve got too many negatives for tonight. In sale Monday.
9 MONTY’S PLAY Been superb here so far. If you just forget the YR race from eight-hole, he’s unbeaten since arrival! Yannick drove with complete confidence last time, but he’s not here tonight. Good spot for Pat Berry on very live drive.
10 SURFING TIDE Also sale bound for Monday! And he should bring a pretty penny too! No match for Monty last week, but so far, every start a solid one. Nice prospect that will need a little luck to overcome the terrible post.
4 Fourth Race Entries
Picks: 3-5-1-9
H Horse Comment
1 SPIRIT OF TRUTH Gets the very tepid call as morning line fave, in absolutely wide open race. This is his level, and he’s beaten these before. Drew the rail to aid his speed. Will be put in play early for sure. Probably the one to beat.
2 VICTORYDAZE WILWIN Yes, he’s getting closer, but I still don’t like that bearing-out finish from two back. Too far back last time after a shuffle. Gets an inside post, which is usually a plus for him. With the right setup, could upset.
3 DEEPFAVE HANOVER One of two in here bound for the sale on Monday. He’s been a no-luck horse here for months, so seems almost overdue to get a little something. Key inside post. A hot pilot. I guess we give him one more chance.
4 ADMIRAL No factor when last seen here. Did well down at Freehold, so I am a bit surprised to see him back here. These are quicker and tougher, so I have to rate him a longshot tonight.
5 ALL ABOUT RUSTY Finally gets a break from the post gods, after two straight 10-holes. He does have a touch of back class against better and he’s got great longshot driver in Marcus. A better effort wouldn’t shock me at all.
6 DRAMATIC POINT Took a ton of money when he drew the rail and didn’t even make the gate. That’s never a good thing. Maybe Corey will get along with him better? Either way, a risky proposition at best. Demand value if you like.
7 NOBLES FINESSE Still not delivering the goods and still unplayable until he starts finishing miles a little better.
8 MR HEAVEN Looks like The Mann taking a turn at training this guy. Horse does have some prior good history here, so if Billy can figure him out, we might have something for the future. I will be watching closely.
9 FRANKANDJOANNE Had he drawn a better post, I’d be a lot more interested. I’ll even add that Pat had choice and opted for #7. On the drop like this, he’s usually a little more live, but I don’t know about post nine. Your call?
10 PEMBROKE JOEY Moves from pole at Yonkers to post 10 here. At least he’s back in the right class, after being buried at the Hilltop. But, the post 10 blues will affect this guy. Demand a very fair price if you think he has a chance.
5 Fifth Race Entries
Picks: 5-1-3-2
H Horse Comment
1 SHOW ME UP Set a very fast pace up front two weeks ago and basically got run over. The extra week off will probably do him some good. It’ll be up to Mitch to get him a trip this time, not cut the mile. That will help too!
2 MCCITO I never usually guess right on this guy. And it doesn’t help that he’s completely inconsistent. You just neer know what you’re going to get! Gets much needed post relief and certainly has a chance, IF he turns in good one.
3 ABOUT THE BENJAMINS Reclaimed by barn, which is always a good thing. Then had clunker down at Freehold, which is not a good thing. Gets key inside post on switch back to mile track. Wakeup call time? I wish I knew.
4 IDEAL CANDIDATE Did not race well in his first go for the $10K tag. What happened? I don’t know. Since he’s right back in the box, let’s assume he’ll be okay. Any prior race puts him right in play. Tough to bank on, however.
5 SPANISH ART Was nothing less than a monster in December, and then he threw in complete clunker last time. Had perfect trip and no pop at all. What happened? I don’t know. If the “real” Spanish shows up now, he’ll win this.
6 LINDYTHEFOURTEENTH Hasn’t been a real threat here yet, so he remains a pass for me, until I see more.
7 OHIO LARRY What do we do with this guy tonight? Was okay for this tag down at Philly. Transitioned nicely to the half at Monti. Then got sick. I have no idea whether Larry is ready to deliver a top effort. Your call, folks.
8 WELLWESAID Has a few lines here that make him competitive, but this post, and his style makes things tough. Pass.
9 SKY GUY Another of the Monti shippers here. They all tend to come up a bit short most times. That was the case when Sky was here last month. Not enough mile track stamina.
10 IN YOUR EYE Burned a LOT of money in a couple of those Monticello starts. The first one here was encouraging. But, now he gets slammed with post 10 and no real early speed. That’s not exactly a recipe for success.
6 Sixth Race Entries
Picks: 2-1-9-6
H Horse Comment
1 QUALITY BUD What on earth has happened to the Bud lately? He’s just no good right now. In the distant past, he has shown ability to “wakeup” dramatically. Is tonight the night? Obviously, we all have to guess. Main man back in seat.
2 SISKEL I absolutely loved this horse last week and he got caught up in hot pace. Gets a new driver tonight, so I have to give horse another chance. I like the post. I think Spice will be overbet. I’m swinging for fences one more time.
3 HOPE FOR BADLANDS Still looking like a longshot at this NW5,000 level. Have to wait for the drop. Pass.
4 DUEL IN THE SUN Newcomer to the Big M. Shows fair lines down at the Hold. I guess I’d need to see a good one here first before I could endorse.
5 JACK’S A ROCKIN Sent east by Team Gaskin to the Orange Crush barn. Interesting move. Emily says she hasn’t raced one here in a long time. I do have a feeling gelding will “need” a race or two before we see best. I’m willing to wait.
6 SO TAKE THAT Was a lot better in that race two back. Inconsistent horses tend to drive me crazy, but oh well! This guy usually needs the right kind of setup to do damage, but this race is wide open too! Maybe longshot Marcus?
7 ANDWIN HANOVER He’s still a longshot to me, having missed the board in all three. Would need a lot more.
8 GIACODELIGHT I really don’t know what to do with this guy either. Takes big class drop, but boy has his form been flat. Would need dramatic wakeup call, and those are very hard to predict. Respect connections, but need to see more.
9 SPICEBOMB I thought Spice would need that race last week and he probably did. Dex still put him in play and that should serve as the perfect speed tightener. Horse does move to post nine tonight, and that complicates matters.
10 LEGION OF BOOM Still not showing me enough. Still stuck outside. Yannick’s not here, so another new driver. Pass.
7 Seventh Race Entries
Picks: 1-5-6-7
H Horse Comment
1 IDEAL JIMMY I feel kind of bad if you bet Jimmy last week. That was a real tough beat! However, the horse has reached peak form pretty quickly off that long layoff and I like what I see. Maybe it’s his turn to win from rail.
2 DECISION DAY Things didn’t work out as well at that upper level condition, so he gets to slide down one notch again. So do many of the others in here, so it’s not really a drop. For this guy, it’s usually about trip. He needs one to deliver.
3 ROCK N BLUE Hip #165 in the sale on Monday, if you like what you see. That one start here was better than it looks, and it was a very key race. I’m rating him a longshot, but wouldn’t be shocked if he did get close late stages.
4 AWESOMENESS Did manage to win from an outside post here two back and he was very good that night. Just forget about the eight-hole start at Yonkers. Back where he belongs, but in a tough spot too! I’d be surprised if he won this.
5 BUSHWACKER Just keeps racing his eyeballs out and has yet to visit the winner’s circle. It’s a bit overdue, but I’m getting tired of taking short prices. Could end up the favorite here, if the fans jump off Jimmy. Very tough race.
6 STONEDUST Still waiting on his wakeup call. It’s going to come soon, and maybe even tonight with the perceived class relief. I certainly don’t think it’s an easy spot, but he’s got to come to top form eventually. Wouldn’t talk you off. Trainer: Improved effort last week. Drop in class will help. Will be coming late.
7 SOHO WALLSTREET A Last time he was in a spot like this, he jogged! And he easily beat both #2,5. Not sure what the price will be tonight, but the board does tell a tale with this one. He has to get bet. If not, then leave him out.
8 WINNING LINC Also won at this level and then found the tougher foes too much. It’s back to the right class, but from another bad post. Andy did choose him, however, so that is a positive sign. Might be worth including.
9 WHITTAKER N The ‘ol wedding to funeral thing proved true last week, but horse was loaded with late pace again. Tonight’s problem is obviously the post. I’d want decent odds to take a shot and use him in ultra-tough race.
8 Eigth Race Entries
Picks: 1-6-2-3
H Horse Comment
1 ROUGH ODDS I feel bad if you bet this guy last week and got nailed by an 80-1 shot. That’s almost not fair. But obviously this horse has returned to top form. He lands the rail to keep him close. No doubt the one to beat again.
2 ROCK STAR Finally gets a break from the post gods! He’s been up and down the class ladder a lot lately. Seems like a one-move type that will need the right setup, but that can happen. I wouldn’t talk you off him at the right price.
3 UF ROCKIN DRAGON Finds his way back across the river to Club Med. This is the level where he should be able to do some damage. Took aggressive try in similar spot last month. Is he finally ready to deliver a top mile? I don’t know.
4 BIG STRETCH MARK Wow, I didn’t see that coming last week! He just blew them away, and was bet like they knew it! Okay, now he begins the step back up the class ladder and will need that sizzling speed again. Not sure if it’s coming.
5 JK PARLAY Keeps picking up checks, but not winning. Same situation here. Still a longshot that may hit the ticket.
6 SPORTSMANSHIP Beware here, folks. Horse is on the improve over last two starts. Had no chance in either one, but did finish well in both. That means he’s a live longshot with the Mitchster back aboard. Can be used, if pace is hot.
7 CENTURY CHURCHILL I don’t know what’s gone wrong with this horse. Now, he’s missed time off another disappointing start and he wasn’t Nap’s choice in here. That’s not a good sign.
8 LIFE HAPPENED Speaking of disappointing, that’s the case here too! Tough to expect a full bounce back tonight.
9 SI SEMALU Nice race two weeks again behind uncatchable winner. It was a slick drive that night with live cover. Will it go that way from post nine? Probably not.
10 BRIGHT FUTURE Also exiting a fairly decent try, but note that came from an inside post too! This spot makes things a whole lot tougher and unless Kyle plans on blasting out, it could be a long night. Your call, folks.
9 Ninth Race Entries
Picks: 10-7-5-1
H Horse Comment
1 DEPENDLEBURY A Sports two sneaky-good qualifiers, folks. That makes it hard to guess on full readiness. I do feel this horse has the talent to win sometime soon, but maybe in a softer spot? We’ll have to guess when to bet.
2 WILLIE BOOTS Willie clearly needed his first start back off the long layoff. Gets some post relief, but will eventually need the class relief too! I’m willie to wait!
3 PRETTY BOY HILL Put it all together last week, given the picture perfect drive from the Napster. Has to bump back up in class now, so that’s a problem. We can’t guarantee another ideal journey. And, I wouldn’t want short price here.
4 MR CENSI Didn’t offer much upon arrival. I’m sure he’s probably better than that, but I also feel he will need some class relief to get healthy again. Unless he were to take a lot of tote action, I’m going to pass.
5 DUBIOUS CLAIM Gets the extremely tepid call as favorite, in this very hard-to-handicap race. It’s hard to get a real read on his current form, with three completely different efforts over last few weeks. What are we getting tonight?
6 SMILEANDSAYCHEESE Yes, the King of the Longshots struck again last week! 83-1 and flying home, given the perfect journey. Was it a fluke? Maybe not. He was dropping in class. But now, he steps back up. Longshot again?
7 JACK RACKHAM Newcomer to the Big M. Dangerous connections that used to win a lot of races here too! Sure liked the sloppy track last time at Yonkers. Will he be as effective here? Shows little early speed. At mercy of pace and trip.
8 SOFER MIA too long, so he looks like an easy pass for tonight. Watch for future evaluation.
9 JACKSRLUCKYTOO Jack is often most effective on the class drops like this. BUT, he does get stacked with third straight tough post. Also gets a new driver in Marcus. But, he’s a one move pony. Not sure this will set up for him.
10 MAJOR MARCUS Eric A seems to fit this horse very well. AND, when he sees all the closers in here, I think I know what the strategy will be. Blast! That will give him a chance. It’s Eric’s job to save something for the stretch.
10 Tenth Race Entries
Picks: 6-5-4-8
H Horse Comment
1 ROGER MACH EM Simply does not seem to be in that good form that saw him beat Foiled Again. I’ll pass again.
2 SPORTS VISION Been marching right up the class ladder and he may finally be in too high. He’s in for the tag, which is odd, because he actually fits the condition. I don’t foresee anybody taking him for $30K. Needs easier trip.
3 BAY RUM Like #2, he’s getting a little too high in class. Also in for the tag, or he wouldn’t be eligible for the race. I’m leaning towards these being too tough for the Rum. I guess we’ll find out.
4 ALL WEEK Had to “need” that race last week, after being off since Philly. Pat sticks with him over #1, so that’s a slight sign of positive intent as well. I’m not guaranteeing wakeup call, but it is possible. Think about it at long odds.
5 CASUAL COOL Hip #121 in the Mixed Sale Monday! Had a very good qualifier last Friday with Mitch driving. Mitch opted here over his own father’s horse Kenrick. Doesn’t that tell us all systems go? Last chance to impress.
6 DULL ROAR Pretty good two back. Pretty tough trip last week. Gets to stay at this level one more time, but he will need a smoother journey. New driver tonight in A Nap. I can make a case, but he will need to get luckier.
7 DASH OF DANGER This class level still looks too high for him. Let’s pass again and wait for the eventual drop.
8 JOHNNY Q Johnny’s kick wasn’t as sharp last week, but he did have legitimate excuses. Draws another tough post, which really hurts him. Would need exactly the right kind of setup to deliver the goods and I just don’t see it.
9 KENRICK N Missed a lot of time while Yonkers was closed. Came back with a tough trip, tiring effort. I wonder why they didn’t try him here earlier? Maybe they feel he’s just not a big track horse. We’ll find out, but from bad post.
10 REDONKULOUS This horse is now driving me crazy! After clunkers in races two and three back, he came back with ridiculously good effort last Saturday. That’s hard to predict and he’s got bad post while bumped up in class again.
11 Eleventh Race Entries
Picks: 5-4-2-1
H Horse Comment
1 MORE DRAGON Gets the post relief he needs, but not the class drop to go along with it. That’s the combo that usually produces the Dragon’s best efforts. While he can wake up vs. these at times, demand a good fair price to try.
2 BRUCE’S MAGIC Bruce is quietly pretty good right now, but he hasn’t gotten lucky in a while. That could easily change tonight. I like the post. I like that Corey’s back. I like his potential for a trip. We’ll see touch more speed now.
3 NASCAR SEELSTER Seemed to wake up suddenly last week. Was it a fluke, or is he headed into a good form spree? I don’t know. I guess I’d like to see one more good one first. It’s a risk, but I’ll go with that.
4 JOE’S BID Joe’s in the sale on Monday as Hip #156. Not sure why, but Joe squandered an absolutely perfect trip last week. I might add a few points if Redonkulous came back and raced well. I still like Joe. Good starting slot for him.
5 IWILLMAKEYOUSAYWOW Was super well-meant at this level two back and won confidently. Overmatched last time. Back in the right class and drew the ideal midpack post. It’s no cakewalk, but he will be live and hard to beat again.
6 RUFO Enters off a scratch. Wasn’t a real threat vs. these on the 5th. I guess I’d need to see a good one here first, before I could endorse. But, ya never know. Barn is doing good work here this meet.
7 MR CARROTTS Kyle changed up the tactics with this guy two weeks ago and it worked! Will he be firing out again? I wish I knew. Could easily get that stalking trip again and be part of this. The price should be right too!
8 BARIMAH A Pretty sharp right now, but without a win to show for it. He’s also versatile enough to try it either way. I’m not in love with the post and presence of all the inside post. Not sure it’s going to work out for him tonight.
9 ELECTRIC WESTERN Decent efforts offered of late, but they came from better posts than this. Sometimes, a quick move to outside just ruins a good form spree. He would need to get a lot lucky to overcome this post.
10 DREAMFAIR MESA Also in the sale on Monday, but his form has turned south. Gets a touch of needed class relief, but also his second straight post 10. He doesn’t usually leave, so I don’t know what to expect tonight.
12 Twelfth Race Entries

1 CASTLE FLIGHT Got used up in the pace battle last time and it cost him. Gets both post relief, and a new driver tonight and I like those angles. The Castle might step up with more than you think in this spot. Very usable. Trainer: Week off after brutal trip from outside post in last start. Inside post will certainly help.
1A INCREDIBLE SHARK The Shark applied heavy pressure to an eventual front-running winner. So, that trip was too tough for him. The prior win vs. slightly weaker was monstrous. This is a very intriguing better pair! Hope for a price. Trainer: Tough spot from the outside post. Will need some action in front of him to get a big piece.
2 OCEAN COLONY Finally put it all together for a very well-deserved and long overdue win. So, he’s now forced to take a double jump up in class and that doesn’t usually work. I love the horse, but not against this class level.
3 WHEN YOU DANCE He’s hip #143 in the sale on Monday and ships down from Canada off the qualifiers. Not sure I like the gap between them, but oh well. Horse was stakes-caliber last year at three. Interesting prospect?
4 AVATAR J Eight-time winner last year. A month off and a super finish qualifier. Is he primed and ready? This barn usually has them on go, so maybe we can toss him into the mix? This is no easy spot however. Your call, folks.
5 ODDS ON LAUDERDALE Pretty sharp right now and almost impossible to leave out. Chased a well-meant and very impressive winner last week. Has that slight post edge on #6. May have to prefer this one for now.
6 TACT TATE N Looks like this guy is starting for a new barn tonight. Yes, the horse has had his problems steering and all. Not sure what happened with the scratch last week when he was supposed to get Lasix. Big question mark here.
7 IN A SINGLE BOUND MIA for a few weeks. Endured rough trip in the first go here. Not sure why the layoff, but it does make him a bit suspect from the bad post tonight. This is vicious group, and he needs class relief.

1 JACKAMINO Like Tact Tate, Weiner just took over on this one. Maybe if Tate showed up sharp, we can expect similar from Jack? I don’t know, but it’s something to think about. Off since the summer, but the qualifier was very good.
2 MAJOR SUGAR RUSH Unleashed a good, prolonged bid in his qualifier before getting tired late. No problem. He definitely needed that and this spot is somewhat similar. He’s in the sale Monday, so Ray might be aggressive again.
3 TAKEHIRO Unplayable in current form. I’ll just dismiss again and leave it at that.
4 ALI Another sneaky possibility here. Co-owned and bred by Luc Ouellette. Sent south to Pat LaChance. Shows a real mixed bag of form, so he’s a complete question mark. I’m going to watch one for future evaluation.
5 DUCKIES DYNASTY Vinny has driven Duckie perfectly the last few starts. Just couldn’t quite pace with the likes of #10. From similar post, the Ginz will send again and they yield. Horse will have to find touch more late.
6 SUPER FREEKEH Still a longshot in my book. He’s just overmatched at this level and needs some class relief.
7 PAPRIKE BLUE CHIP Another of the big question marks in here. Just making breaks. A risky proposition at best.
8 ALTA SHELBY N Shelby turned in one of his best efforts in defeat last week. Nobody was going by the Rebel, but he held his ground very well and did not bear out. Loses that inside post help tonight and will have to leave a little.
9 IDEAL CHILL Finally gets away from Surfing Tide and now he meets a Rebel! That’s not a good thing! The other bad thing is the post. The horse is going pretty well at moment, but nothing derails good streaks like bad posts.
10 REBEL ROUSER The Rebel has been nothing short of sensational since showing up here. A real mile track lover. However, he will have to “earn” this one tonight from dreaded post 10. It will be no easy trip to the lead, folks.

1 SPAGHETTI EDDIE Looked like Eddie was going to steal one last week, but he got run over by a “hot horse” in #8. Faces that same rival again, from same post. I guess we’ll see same speed, right? Can be used, but I doubt he wins.
2 CC BIG BOY SAM Had his good streak derailed by a tough trip last week. Sam has been racing well for everybody, but a smoother trip always increases the chances. Nice post, but no first over’s this time, please.
3 SHARKY’S WAY Awfully consistent down at Freehold for this tag. But doing it there, and doing it here are often two different things. I can’t recall seeing this guy here before, so I may take a swing against. Must prove it here.
4 RATHER SWELL Where on earth did that mile come from? I didn’t get the memo, and I have no idea. I am anxious to see if he can reproduce that kind of speed. Bumps up a notch in price and might not be 7-1 this week. Your call?
5 MASTER OF PUPPETS He figured to have a good chance in that race last week and rallied willingly behind well-meant foe. I’ll add a point or two if Big Stretch did well again tonight. But, it’s back in against the tougher claimers.
6 ROCKAHOLIC Haven’t seen enough from him lately. Maybe he needs the drop to 10’s? I’ll pass, and go with that.
7 CHEYENNE REIDER Might have to give him an award for most consistent performer over past several months. Just about every race a good one. These outer posts aren’t helping matters, but it doesn’t stop Reider. A must use!
8 FOUR STACES Was bet like the “International Good Thing” last week and delivered the goods! Good trip and drive helped, but he was still very strong. Gotta give credit where it’s due! Draws same tough post vs. similar field.
9 SUNSET DREAMER First time Lasix from that inside post didn’t help last week. Now, it’s a bad post. Guess I’ll have to pass on him and wait for an easier spot.
