4-P L Louigi - $18,000 Mixed Sale purchase fresh off his maiden breaking score @ Mohawk & draws well in a prime spot to acclimate quickly 


3-Trixar – $13,000 Mixed Sale buy bounced back off a late miscue by flashing some improved late trot in most recent, lands post two to keep that positive trend going in a soft opener 


7-Alvisi Hanover – Latched onto him last week off the much-improved effort on 1-19 & made an early break, now tries to rebound from a more demanding post 



3-Pappy Go Go – Capitalized on a perfect drive by Yannick Gingras to take a new mark two starts back, drops back down out of the Preferred & lands post three again 


2-Misslarose – Came roaring fresh off the bench with an aggressive score last week & rewarded with a better post, controlling speed & stamina her best assets 


1-Arrakis – Took advantage of a double class drop & patient Dexter Dunn handling & rallied for a sharp upset last week, moves inside to tackle the step back up in class 



7-Resita – Gelding was certainly on his toes despite missing a month with a post eight romp last week, that logically sparks his ascent back up the class ladder for Team Burke 


1-Hammer Time – Followed up his game win two starts back with a gutsy second to heavy favorite Derf Hanover, sharp & improving 5YO figures to be forwardly placed from the rail here 


6-Magic N Spice – Only took two starts to acclimate & thrive after shipping from Florida, equaled his lifetime mark with trot to spare last week 



1-Rolling Sea – Was closing as fast as anybody in that Friday finale & rallied from an impossible spot to just miss, now moves inside for another shot at this bottom level 


4-Magnum Mike – Added Lasix & rallied stoutly to hit the board against $10,000 types, hits rock bottom here & draws well to set up his big late kick 


2-Sports Cowboy – The Cowboy almost lassoed an overdue win & got collared by a longshot last week, draws inside again to set up another stalking trip in top form 



1-Tag Up And Go – Stepped up & delivered a solid punch to just miss in his second start off the bench for Team Miller, now a huge threat from a much improved post 


2-In Secret – Most of Team Burke’s stock has been ready to roll off the bench, this classy gelding jogged in the qualifier & draws well to inflict immediate damage 


6-Rubber Duck – The Duck is a three-time beaten favorite, dropped to this level & just missed two starts back, then faltered badly two weeks ago, which Duck shows up tonight? 



9-Velocity Lana – 7YO with some back class & has come around since shipping here for Virgil Morgan, Jr., runner up to a standout despite an first over trip, threat despite post nine 


2-Tearful Of Happy – Fresh Fusco claim is red-hot winning three of her last four, takes a slight step up, yet moves inside off a dominant post ten romp 


3-Talbot Chanel – Just one for 16 in 2018, but drops a notch off two tighteners for Team Burke & draws a better post to stalk within striking range 



3-Two AM – Roughed it first over & almost got to the favored Misslarose last week, now gets class & post relief here for Team Buter 


8-Derf Hanover – Easily made it four in a row after stealing a soft :59.2 half, tripped out to a new mark of 1:53 before that, tough post & field, but no doubt a sharp gelding in career form 


2-Fly On – Hinting of a top effort recently for Team Orange Crush, a close second from post seven two starts back, drops back down a notch & draws better 



1-Bettim Jackie - $34,000 Mixed Sale purchase by Team Burke was a winning machine in the Maritimes & Ontario & draws well fresh off a lively score @ Mohawk 


1A-Family Roll Call – Stormed home off cover to just miss in her comebacker for Team Burke, who could finish 1-2 here, now the post is tougher, but she’s tighter now & owns some back class 


7-Followthewind N – Just one for 20 last year, but right there in a blanket photo last week with pace at both ends & you could say she’s been knocking on the door recently 



2-Stitch In Time – Landing on the fringes with ideal trips in his last two here, now drops to the bottom rung & draws inside again, classy horse-for-the-course is long overdue 


4-Can Do – Beaten favorite dropped again, launched a late bid & flattened out fourth, owns back class galore, lands post four again & has a chance to atone 


8-Duluth – His last two miles have been dull after a close third three starts back, hits rock bottom here & looks for a speed target to shoot at from post eight 


RACE 10 

8-Beach Blast – Launched a late bid & wasn’t quite up to the top ones last week, recent Robert Lounsbury trainee re-acclimated & could be a threat with some trip luck from post eight 


3-Spanish Art – Beaten heavy favorite again roughed it first over & came up just a neck shy with a gutsy effort last week, moves inside to set up another stalking trip, major contender 


2-Just N Berlander – Made a triumphant return to the mile track & blew up the toteboard last week, draws inside again to set up another serious rally 


RACE 11 

8-Montalbano Bi – Tackles post eight again fresh off one his best efforts in awhile, notorious horse-for-the-course lands in a prime spot to swoop them all with his big late kick 


1-Iron Dome – Fresh claim finally draws an inside post, has hinted of ability & finished a solid third from the rail back on 12-27 


7-Here Comes Numbers – 11YO been doing good working @ Monticello recently, has thrived her in the past & strong in the win column last season 


RACE 12 

7-Diva’s Image – 2018 Golden Girls winner flew home in :25.4 in last week’s Preferred against the boys & finished well in the previous qualifier, 10-time winner in 2018 primed to dominate 


6-Penpal – Finally polished it off with one of her patented well-timed rallies two weeks ago, this spot is just as tough, yet she is always a big threat week in & week out 


2-Ideal Lifestyle A – Tahnee Camilleri’s record with downunder imports speaks for itself, this latest Aussie shipper cruised in the second qualifier & draws inside to take charge 


RACE 13 

1-Pennant Seelster – Put together a strong back half to rally for third in a much-needed Big M debut last week, draws inside again, has stepped up on Lasix & may be within closer range 


3-Bizet – Red-hot 4YO has won three of his last four, fresh off a dominant blowout, draws better, yet hasn’t raced in a month, that may not matter 


7-Dewey Hava Winner – Had missed a month prior to his last start, seemed to be hinting of better before that & was flashing some sharp final quarters
