2-Hurrikane Lori Ann – Got away with setting an easy pace after Mollydooker broke & outsprinted the pocket sitter Hurrikanesky in :27.2 from the same post, look for her to move forward off that confidence-boosting score


3-Hurrikanesky – Sat a trip off the rated pace & finished a solid second to Lori Ann, a major stalking candidate eligible to improve 



1-Sari Bout It – Not sure how much she can continue to improve, but does benefit from two pari mutuel starts & may get off to a better start from the rail & play a stalking role for Smedshammer


6-French Café – Sharp prospect from the first crop of Father Patrick, out of Oaks champion Creamy Mimi, sister to French Laundry, 1:52.4 [$652,823], took on longshot pressure & nosed out by a trip-sitting Whispering Oaks, stands out here for Team Orange Crush


2-Devilish Delight – Sister to a stakes quality All Laid Out, 1:52.4 [$432,460] won her second qualifier with confidence, finished a solid third in her opener, back inside to step it up a notch



5-Trix And Stones – First crop of Trixton & second foal out of a sister to World Cup, 1:50.4 [$481,542], made a good account of himself chasing the favorite Hudson River after shipping south, acclimated now & eligible to show more


2-Lucius Vorenus – First crop of Father Patrick & first foal of his RC Royalty mare, strong runner up to the highly regarded Greenshoe last week, gelding stalks from post two again to make a logical next step up


4-Soul Strong – Father Patrick brother to the outstanding filly Designed To Be, 1:51.3 [$656,166], scratched sick from his debut, but his lone qualifier makes him serious prospect for Svanstedt



1-Cash Reward – Team Takter has this Captaintreacherous filly progressing rapidly, that was an impressive wire-to-wire baby race last week, first foal from the dam Cashaway, who’s a sister to Act Now, 1:49.3 [$532,067], all systems go from the rail


5-Treacherous Reign – First crop of Captaintreacherous have been all the rage, first foal out of the 1:49.3 performer Scandalous Hanover, flashed :26.4 in both baby races, the latest against standout Zero Tolerance

5-Escapetothebeach – First foal out of two-time Breeders Crown champ Shelliscape, 1:49.1 [$1,152,602], ran into a sizzling 1:52.2 No Mas Amor last Saturday morning, gotta give him some love off that effort



2-Izzy Hanover – Captaintreacherous sister to Inverse Hanover, 1:49.2 [$201,680] with a $170,000 price tag, runner up to standout Zero Tolerance in both baby races & debuts in a prime spot for a barn batting .395


4-Key West – Captaintreacherous pupil for Team Alagna, second dam is the great Bunny Lake, 1:49 [$2,843,476], third behind Izzy Hanover at first asking, then got pace compromised, $130,000 purchase debuts in an ideal scenario


7-Tall Drink Hanover – Another Alagna-tuned Captaintreacherous filly, just missed in her initial qualifier, then shaved almost two full seconds, while pacing a crisp final qualifier of :26.2



1-Penpal – Welcomed back to the Big M with the rail, burning cash with multiple trouble trips @ Pocono, big chance to trip out in a wide-open field & snap her 2018 losing skid


7-Stormtracker – Went all the way for a new mark with a well-rated effort & held on in :26.4 two starts back, totally blocked in the three-hole last time, look for her blastoff speed 


9-Rockin Praline – Took full advantage of the class drop in down-the-road style & took a new mark of 1:50.3 last week, versatile mare sharp enough to tackle this tougher task



7-Southwind Chrome – Lightly-raced Hambletonian sleeper for Marion Marauder connections looms in the Top 10 right now, just missed in a track record EBC, fresh off an easy tune up here, ready for a stiffer test


2-Classichap – Beaten favorite steamrolled first over & was knocked off stride when lunging late, Trond Smedshammer Hambo hope a big threat from another inside post


4-Tactical Landing – The $800,000 brother to Mission Brief, 1:50.2, [$1,599,587] clearly lacks experience, but has responded to the Takter touch with some encouraging morning trials, his latest kept his Hambletonian hopes alive



5-Cedar Hall Heiress – Like the way she hustled out for the early lead, was bothered by a breaker past the half, then shook loose with late pace at long odds, went on Lasix recently & gets another shot at this reduced level


9-Daenerys Hanover – Just one for 16 this season, but this 4YO has been on a roll recently, grinded gamely to just miss in :27.3 last week, moves outside, yet remains a contender in this wide-open affair


3-Jenna Hanover – Got off to another slow start from post nine, stuck on the rail behind Cedar Hall Heiress & paced home in :27.1 once she shook free, improved post may put her in play 



4-It’s Chocolate Time – Team Harmon claim regained his form with a sterling rally for second in the comebacker & draws better in a field begging to be beaten


9-More Than Talk – Took a mark of 1:55.1 here last season, drops into an easier condition for Team Burke, yet this 4YO will have to step up his form from post nine


2-Clifton Beach – Recent winner in a career best 1:56.1 lacked the necessary pop off cover last week, moves inside to carve out another stalking trip



6-Atonement – First crop of Father Patrick from the family of Swan Image, 1:51.4 [$628,952], won her second qualifier with a sharp late burst, a solid third in her debut last week for Team Burke, chance to upset 


5-Special Honor – First crop of Father Patrick, second dam is Breeders Crown champ Honorable daughter, followed up her superb qualifiers with a dominant debut & will be the target


7-Starita – First crop of Trixton, her dam is a sister to Piercewave Hanover, 1:53 [$376,752], forced wide from post eight & rallied a long way to grab second to Special Honor, look for more speed to put her in play here



1-Captain Ahab – First crop of Captaintreacherous out of a sister to Artspeak, 1:47.4 [$1,628,762], $100,000 yearling had no anxious moments in both qualifiers here, lands the rail to take charge in a great match up of three standouts


4-Union Station – $120,000 Somebeachsomewhere, second foal out of 1:51.2 performer Hit The Curb, went all the way @ Gaitway, then scorched Harrah’s Philadelphia in a handy 1:54.4, how good is he?


3-U S Captain – Another impressive Captaintreacherous offspring, third foal from 2012 Dan Patch Award winner American Jewel, 1:48.2 [$1,840,565], made it two-for-two in baby races with a snappy :26.3 for Alagna-Brittany Farms 



4-Sun Shines Bright – The sister to U S Captain in the 13thtook just two starts to break through in :26.1 for Gingras & Team Takter, logically the one to beat with plenty of upside


1A-Solitary – More experienced Nick Surick-tuned filly has a had a chance to knock heads with stakes fillies, fresh off an easy win @ Goshen, challenging post, yet completes a strong entry


6-Center Of Hope – Flashed sudden early speed, got shuffled & was finishing well after taking a new mark fresh off the bench @ Harrah’s Philadelphia on June 15, fresh filly with a chance to step up with the right trip
