7-Meetyouatmidnight – Left hard from post nine, found room up the rail, was all out & just missed second, nosed out closing from last before that, sharpening his sword since the sick scratch

8-Southwind General – Fresh off a gutsy debut here in the slop, grinding gamely & just missed the upset & now drops a notch for Team Burke, big threat despite the outside draw

2-More Dragon – Put together a huge back half when he rallied from post ten & last just behind Meetyouatmidnight, flashed sharp speed before that & moves back inside a competitive opener

2-Dreamlands Art – 11YO owns quite a history of success here, showed some late life in his second start off the bench, lands a soft spot here & picks up Brett Miller

3-Nobles Finesse – Held on to beat these back on 11-25-16, now makes his third start off a sick scratch, drops a notch & draws much better

6-Mach On The Beach – Just three for 40 in 2017, forced very wide on a frigid night last week & gets another shot at this reduced level

3-Rocket J – Just two for 25 last year, but on his toes recently for Mark Silva, forced wide around dull cover to just miss by a neck in a blanket photo last week & lands post three again

4-Ideal Matters – Burke trainee was game first over & came up just half a length shy last week, draws inside again on a form spree in a very competitive affair

6-R M Blackhawk – Remains a sharp item since the Team Ginsberg claim, grinded one out on the engine when the front end wasn’t kind & may be the one to knock off again

1-Jacksrluckytoo – Team Harmon & Big M stalwart drops & moves inside off a couple of tough trips against better, his last win came at this level on 12-9

5-Super Imposed N – This 6YO gelding is on a roll right now, rallied off cover to be a close third last week with another sharp final quarter & dangerous with a bigger speed target

4-Sovereign Banner N – Circled up from far back again & this time it paid off @ 17-1 with a noteworthy :27.2, rewarded with an improved post off that career best

5-Dr C’s Z Tam – 12YO just missed in his last two while flaunting his versatility & sharp form, fresh claim for Mike Watson can set up a stalking trip from midpack

3-Ideal Shadow – Gelding draws inside on a major roll right now, fresh off a perfect trip score in the slop two weeks ago & logically looms large

1-City Pie – Lost all chance with a real slow start despite a soft pace from post eight last week, while coming fresh off a win from the rail, moves inside for another shot at this level

5-Zooming – Just missed as the beaten favorite two starts back, finished well again from second over last week, steady 10YO knocking on the door & kicks it down with the right set up

4-Bee In Charge – Beaten favorite followed up his blowout win with a solid second despite a double class hike, sharp gelding steps up another notch, yet draws inside again

7-Explosive Man – 1:53.2 winner here at three has reeled off four in a row while climbing the ladder @ Harrah’s Philadelphia & looks poised for a more serious test here

3-Speed Again – Classy Burke-tuned millionaire may be sitting on a big one, chased home Melmerby Beach in :26.3 two starts back, pace & trip compromised from post eight last week

6-Machamillion N – Beaten favorite rallied for third behind a revved up Bullet Bob last week, NZ import now more acclimated & gets some class relief

5-All Week – Just three for 35 last season, yet this steady 9YO gelding has maintained solid form recently @ Harrah’s Philadelphia & owns a mark of 1:50.4 here

4-Starznheaven – Committed to a premature late lead & tired to fourth as the beaten favorite, Burke-tuned stalking type needs to time his move like his previous starts

7-Allblack Stride N – Added Lasix for his second American start & thundered home from last at the top of the stretch, expect more aggressive handling despite the same outside post

1-Alotbettor N – NZ-bred gelding followed up a wire-to-wire @ Yonkers with an explosive new mark as the favorite from the same post, obvious threat in a wickedly competitive race

10-Bronze Over N – More than lived up to her toteboard hype with an easy breezy rally & sparkling American debut, class hike & post ten in a competitive field hinders a repeat, but upside potential to tap into

7-Cousin Mary – 13-time winner in 2017 has been on a roll in her last four on Lasix, beaten favorite closed from well back to finish second to a well-rated Carobbean Pacetry, winner before that with sharp pace at both ends

9-Carobbean Pacetry – Was able to take full advantage of her forward cycle by going unchallenged on the lead for the mild upset, just two fifths off her lifetime mark, faces a tougher challenge here

3-Chip Walther – 4YO with some back class forced wide off a rated pace & still gained the show last out, rewarded with an improved post & lands in an ideal spot

2-Continual Hanover – 5YO gelding has perked up with a couple of seconds in his last three for Scott Di Domenico, draws inside for a smooth transition to the mile track

4-Oneisalonelynumber – Just two for 30 in 2017, but rallied to hit the board two starts back, no chance in the slop last out, now drops again & draws inside

1-Ultimate Flyer N – Beaten favorite got parked first over in the slop in his debut here, previous form against N/W of 5 @ Harrah’s Philadelphia was decent & draws inside again

4-Bet The Dragon – 4YO gelding steps up after cycling forward & breezing against N/W of 2 from the same inside post last week & keeps it going in a soft N/W of 3

8-Headlights On – Upset these with a solid rally in the slop two starts back, then forced wide while pace compromised & still grabbed second, at the mercy of pace & trip from a tougher post

3-Mt Sterling Mafia – Encountered stretch traffic issues, which may have cost him the win in his Big M debut, Hip #124 in Mixed Sale draws better for Team Harmon

7-Obscene Blue Chip – Stormed home for the huge upset off a sick scratch & followed up with another solid rally for second, chances go up if the pace is right

2-Clouseau Hanover – Faded from post ten in the slop in his Big M debut for Team Burke, draws better & steps up to N/W of 4 with a chance to improve

2-Rock On the Hill – Stepping back up in class off a strong :27.2 rally for second last week & draws inside as a major threat in this intriguing match up

8-Tempster Hanover – Came right back with another sharp score on the engine to go two-for-two for his new barn, that previous 1:51.2 blowout still jumps off the page, revived 8YO may still be the one to reel in despite this tougher assignment

4-Torrid Bromac N – Was pace compromised chasing a red-hot Elrama N last week, gets some class relief & draws well again off that acclimating mile

2-Charmbo Curiosity – Scored points for his stout rally to finish third to Danishdujour from a tough spot, second by a nose on 12-8, stalking trip within range is imminent from post two

3-Danishdujour – 8YO gelding qualified with vigor, then uncorked a pretty aggressive score from post ten in the comebacker, rewarded with an inside draw to prove that was no fluke

7-Ise The By Boy – 11YO has been steady, drops from the $10,000 level, draws another demanding post, yet can get involved if the pace & trip are right
