RACE 1

3-Mr Varsity – Lightly-raced Tony Alagna-tuned colt sports a freshman mark of 1:52.3 & had a taste of stakes action, qualified behind NJSS champion Every Way Out in his latest, lands in a tailor made spot for his sophomore debut

1-Lord Gaga – Was a more competitive third to standout John Dally in his second start here, flashing pace at both ends from post eight, now acclimated & moves inside

2-Pop’s Romeo – Gelding is just two for 21, been tangling with Lord Gaga recently, just missed back on 5-27, needs a quicker start from an improved post to have a serious shot

RACE 2

1-Rock Me Gently – Twice beaten favorite @ Harrah’s Philadelphia, while encountering tough trips, returns here at a reduced level & lands the pole position

8-Joyful Game – Was much better in her second start back here finishing a distant second to a heavy favorite in a 1:49.2 mile, getting some class relief to hopefully offset post eight

3-Cedar Hall Heiress – Has now had a couple of starts to acclimate here, chased a sizzling 1:49.2 favorite last week & draws well with no such standouts in this drop down scenario

RACE 3

5-News Watch – Ran into a buzz saw in stakes caliber Boogie Shuffle @ Pocono last out, gelding ships into a soft spot here & should appreciate the longer stretch

3-Uffizi – Made a break on the lead when asked to set the pace in his heavily backed debut here, then overmatched in NYSS @ Vernon Downs, draws well with potential untapped

6-Roll N Catch – Followed a NJSS champion in a nondescript qualifier after missing three months off a sick scratch, but note former Big M trainer kingpin Brett Pelling has taken over

RACE 4

6-Jay Bees Grin N – Newcomer to these parts with five wins this season in NY dips in price & can take advantage of this laid-back field with his controlling speed

9-Yacht King – Hit the board in his last two with more energetic efforts since he dropped to this level, post nine puts a damper on his chances, yet the right trip & flow puts him in the picture

3-Dare To Be Great – No factor at 40-1 in his Big M debut, but clearly needed the race, beat much better @ The Meadows, drops to an easier level & moves inside

RACE 5

3-Machtu N – Beaten favorite got shuffled & angled overloaded in heavy traffic in the comebacker last week, fresh threat drops further & draws inside again

6-Jacksrluckytoo – Been a long, productive season for this Team Harmon stalwart, was chasing into a :54.3 back half last week & now drops dangerously

2-Northern Assassin A – Just one for 17 this season, but racing well @ Pocono, broken equipment last out, inside post puts him in a stalking position here

RACE 6

7-R J P – Was a stakes caliber freshman with a mark of 1;51.2 in the slop @ Lexington, chased Fear The Dragon in PASS recently, then aired it out in N/W of 3 @ Pocono

1-Justified – Came to life for Eric Abbatiello with that 1:51.4 upset three starts back, got parked last week into a :27.2 third quarter, just missed with a perfect trip before that

4-Classic American – Tough to gauge those Gaitway qualifiers, severely pace compromised in the latest there with Tyler Miller driving, 1:53 winner here last season returns in softer spot

RACE 7

1-City Hall – Sparked his form with a triumphant return to the Big M two starts back, just missed to the heavy favorite Artistic Major with a gallant try on the step back in class last week, heads a very strong entry

6-Bettor’s Edge – Classy 8YO regained his winning form with a well-rated 1:49.4 wire job when last seen here, look for him to be forwardly placed again

3-Calvin B – Big M lover who is strong in the win column, romped in his last start here in a crushing 1:50, draws well to assert himself

RACE 8

2-Bet You – 11-time winner in 2017 has been on a roll @ Saratoga, no chance as the beaten favorite @ Yonkers last time, cozy draw here for a live shipper in a wide-open field

5-Allstar Partner – Catapulted off a fast half to take a new mark of 1:50.4 three starts back @ Harrah’s Philadelphia, one of two intriguing Andrew Harris shippers looking for a stalk n pop scenario from a midpack draw

1-Chucaro Acero BC – Former champion in Argentina took full advantage of some class relief & perfect trip to take a new mark with a :54.2 back half, moves inside & back up in class

RACE 9

6-Spicebomb – Took awhile to get going, forced wide & nailed it with a late lunge, while making the chalk players sweat it out last week, maintains a class advantage in this series

2-Daylyn Horizon – Tracked the late move of Spicebomb & just missed by a neck to that rival last week, this gelding is on a roll right now & draws inside again

3-That’s My Harley – Left alertly, raced well & followed standout Ville Valo in round one, look for Bill Man to put him in play again from an improved post

RACE 10

8-Ville Valo – Added Lasix & brushed n crushed them in round one, new Richie Johnson acquisition has found his best stride while coming off the recent sick scratch

5-Twincreeks Jack – Gelding with the winning habit was dead game wire-to-wire from post nine two starts back & now drops dangerously

6-Camturo Beach – Reclaimed by Vincent Fusco, Jr. off another gutsy, uncovered narrow loss, certainly worth a shot at this slightly tougher price

RACE 11

2-Windsong Gorgeous – 10YO warhorse moves inside fresh off two solid tightening miles, rallied well to grab the show spot behind standout Ville Valo last week

3-Pierce – Ships in off a no-chance & needed race in the slop @ Harrington, owns enough back class to trounce this crew with a good start from an inside post

5-Yankee Heaven – Shuffled some & offered some late pace chasing runaway Ville Valo last week, looking to snap an 0 for 20 skid this season
