RACE 1

5          Creampuff Macdaddy – Turned his game around abruptly with an aggressive score in his third start since changing barns, draws the same midpack post & Paul Minore figures to have him forwardly placed again

3          Detroit Rapper – Gelding is a notorious horse-for-the-course, twice beaten favorite tried to close from a tough spot chasing Creampuff Macdaddy & company last week, always a dangerous within striking range

1          Savage Cinderella – 9YO mare suddenly unleashed the mile of her life here wire-to-wire two starts back, followed by a fading fifth @ Saratoga, Bob Davis will likely be firing from the rail is a field filled with several speedy contenders

RACE 2

1          The Last Chapter – Chapter Seven gelding qualified well @ Pocono, won the latest with a strong late move, toured the oval from seven in his debut, lands the pole here with plenty of promise

7          Myammie Drama – Muscle Hill filly 0 for ten, but qualifiers were excellent, kicked home in a sharp :26.2, then won the latest in :27.3 for Team Burke & Bionic Man

3          Eddiction – Cantab Hall sister to the great Muscle Hill, 1:50.1 [$3,273, 342] sold for $310,000 as a yearling, draws better off a needed 3YO debut, has a chance to improve & flaunt her pedigree

RACE 3

6          Deacon Tony – Took full advantage of a perfect drive by Gingras to win his 3YO for Team Burke, Muscle Hill gelding tighter now & going in the right direction

2          Glitzey Gal – Muscle Hill filly whose dam is a sister to Credit Winner, 1:54 [$1,495,295] showed talent when she won here in 1:57.3 at two, offered some sneaky late trot in the qualifier & can push off from the pole

4          Decadence – Sister to Dolce Ducci, 1:54.2 [$253,286] hit the board in four of seven at two, flashed some late life in both qualifiers, draws inside to stalk n pop for a reputable trotting barn

 

RACE 4

2          Stitch In Time – 0 for 11 this season, yet has raced better in his last two, flashed speed from post eight & pace compromised chasing the classier Danish Durango last week & moves inside

5          Shady Mccoy – Team Orange Crush have this 11-time winner last year trending in the right direction, just missed two weeks ago & appears on the verge & gets another shot at this bottom level

3          Tac’s Delight – Classy 12YO romped away from $10,000 stock two starts back, then faded to fourth after perfect trip behind Shady Mccoy last out, draws better to put himself in serious contention again

 

RACE 5

3          Somesleazetoplease – Somebeachsomewhere sister to Breeders Crown champion See You At Peelers, 1:49.2 [$1,573,260], found her winning stride late in 2016, cruised in the qualifier here & draws inside to stand out

4          Stormtracker – Big Jim has won two of three on smaller tracks, her latest was an eye-catching wire-to-wire @ Yonkers, draws well to take charge & tap her potential further

10         Twinkle – Late-blooming 4YO mare has gone two-for-two with a :26.4 & kicked home in :27.2 to repeat last week, moves outside, yet remains a major danger in a more competitive scenario

RACE 6

4          Blue Moon Stride – Returns fresh off a career campaign winning the NJSS Final, Mistletoe Shalee, Thomas D’Altrui & Bluegrass, went all the way in her qualifier, punctuated by a :26.4, ready to fire a serious shot

2          Penpal – Looked like a special mare when she romped in her first two starts this season in 1:51.4, beaten favorite had missed a couple of weeks prior to her lackluster effort last week, so may not have been herself, did close in a wicked :25.3 & moves inside to atone

8          Darlinonthebeach – Fastest in an ultra tough class last year & Grand Circuit winner in 1:48.1, piles up ten tallies in 2016, strong qualifiers against Breeders Crown champ Call Me Queen Be & Blue Moon Stride last week

RACE 7

1A        Dayson – Matron stakes winner took a mark 1:51.2 here in the Townsend Ackerman in 12-win 2016 campaign, two strong qualifiers against classy stablemate Crazy Wow, compliments a strong Burke entry

5          JL Cruze – Fastest trotter in Meadowlands history always seems good when fresh, has battled through his share of issues, fourth in last year’s Cutler, qualified well behind the monstrous mare Hannelore Hanover

 

4          Maestro Blue Chip – Won a couple of Graduate divisions in a breakout 2016 season when he tallied 13 times in 20 starts, qualified with plenty elsewhere & looms a serious player right off the bat

 

RACE 8

9          B Yoyo – Won twice here earlier this meet, solid rally for third two starts back, gets some class relief after tackling Preferred foes, but has no easy task from post nine in this very intriguing match up

1          Danish Durango – Classy 1:52 winner last year took full advantage of another class drop & was allowed steal a :59 middle half enroute to an overdue score last week, back inside after regaining his confidence & hikes up two notches

5          Up The Alley – Capped off his 2016 season in winning form, seemed to prep well in Florida, except for the hiccup on 4-8, overmatched in his 2017 debut at the Preferred level last week, softer spot for his second start off the bench

RACE 9

1          Vorst – Has come around in her last two with Anthony Napolitano in the bike, almost got there with pace at both ends from post ten last week, improved post makes her a serious threat & part of a strong entry

8          Gweneeee J – Big M lover has won two of her last three here, while flaunting her versatility, post nine logically more demanding, but Ross Croghan has been hitting on all cylinders

2          Our Els Dream N – Returns to the Big M fresh off a neck loss in the Saratoga Open, gets class relief & draws inside a field in which nothing jumps off the page

RACE 10

8          Zooming – High percentage Amber Buter barn ships in this productive 9YO fresh off a solid second @ Pocono, draws a tough post, but gets enough class relief to offset that obstacle

1          Montalbano Bi – Beaten favorite had his time in sun earlier in the meet, dropped again & forced to chase an unchallenged Danish Durango last week, moves inside for another serious shot at this easier class

3          Exquisite Glide – Tony Alagna trainee seemed to be on the verge before his last two dull efforts, but now gets class & post relief, may be enough to finally put him across

RACE 11

5          Rock Me Gently – Off the board in all six starts this season & just two for 32 in 2016, but has been ramping it up from outside posts @ Yonkers, returns here in a soft spot for the raging Crocodile Man

6          Joyful Game – Stone closer drops a notch off a no-chance mile from post nine, major Big M lover tries set up a late move in a field lacking any serious speed

1          Blush Hanover – Just missed with a late surge against this kind two starts back, faded to sixth against tougher last time, back on the rail to trip out against a camera-shy bunch
