RACE 1

3-Stormin Rustler – 13YO warhorse flashed more life on the comeback trail & draws inside to trip out for an overdue win

 

8-Sailin Metro – Sports those nice wins @ Tioga Downs last Summer, broken equipment in the comebacker as the heavy favorite

 

6-Mr Big Load – Dropped to this price, took charge & lived up to favoritism, logical threat to repeat

 

RACE 2

4-Buff – Won his first two starts here & lowered his mark to 1:57, draws well to atone for consecutive breaks, note the barn change

 

8-Majestic Sunset – Favored in his first two starts here, brushed n crushed them last week with the red-hot Jim Marohn, Jr., tough to go against

 

4-It’saswan – This mare has gotten tighter & acclimated with two starts at the tougher N/W 3 level, same sire as the stellar Hanelore Hanover

 

RACE 3

8-Stonebridge Idol – Took three starts to unleash a decisive score, 1:54.3 winner here last season has more, yet draws farther out

 

1-Hall Pass Helen – Team Harmon tuned mare appeared home free & came up second best as the beaten chalk, move inside & looms large

 

6-Bell A Chick – Rallied to beat these on 12-29 coming from last, needs the trip & must mind his manners

 

RACE 4

3-Majo Just Do It – Just missed two starts back, then had too far to come off a rated a pace, draws inside to get within striking range

 

1-I Found My Beach - Overcame a tough, uncovered trip to hold second as the beaten favorite fresh off the claim & draws better

 

6-Who Do You Like – His new connections got a bit more out of him given a perfect trip & was all out for second, top contender again

 

RACE 5

3-Stitch In Time – Aired it out with solid fractions & settled for second as the even money favorite, improved post & gets another try at this bottom level

 

2-Montalbano Bi – Bounced back with a sharp qualifier in the slop, then romped from post nine & moves inside

 

6-P L Houdini – Gelding has had his share of excuses, was chasing better last month & knows how to win here

 

RACE 6

3-Galarina – Has sharpened her form this month, parlayed a blowout @ Freehold with a close second here from post eight & moves inside

 

4-Try N Keep Up – Has twice rallied to hit the board here, draws a bit better & may get within closer striking range this time

 

7-JK Pearls Delight – Duplicated her game, uncovered score @ Monticello with another upset here, just a neck in front of Gallerina

 

RACE 7

7-Goinroundncircles – Dropped to this bottom rung, added Brett Milelr & just missed to Melanies Sharkette, big chance to build on that

 

5-Sportsmuffler – Paid the price for a sluggish start from post ten, proven capable of beaten these with a well-timed rally

 

6-Melanies Sharkette – Has beaten these in two of her last three, while flaunting versatility, looms as an obvious threat

 

RACE 8

4-Never Ever Clever – Stormed home from last to grab second as the beaten favorite, gets another shot at this lowest level from an improved post

 

10-Bad Day Black Rock – Nailed this one last week when he dropped to the bottom class & patiently weaved through traffic, needs even more luck from post ten

 

7-Detroit Rapper – Almost took these all the way two starts back, then tried to bottom them out to no avail, remains a threat in this bottom class

 

RACE 9

6-UF Fast Feelin – Fresh Michael Russo claim flashed some late life last week & owns his share of success here

 

7-Whatagamble – 9YO has simply cycled around, fresh off a well-controlled win from the same post he’s an a standout threat to repeat

 

3-Action Brad – Solid runner up for $12,500 on January 7, gets class & post relief for a dangerous barn
