2-Honeys Dragon – Rallied stoutly off the speed & just missed repeating & upsetting Mr Julian, 11YO was claimed & draws inside at the top of his form cycle


4-Jay Bees Grin N – Steps up a notch fresh off the claim & well-rated win as the heavy favorite, topped off with a :27.3, now acclimated & lands a prime spot to work out a stalking trip


3-Mr Julian – Claimed last week after three straight lifetime marks on the engine, not familiar with

the new Delaware-based trainer, but this 5YO figures to be the target with post three again



5-Roll N Catch – Tipped off cover & kicked home sharply in :26.3 to just miss to the favorite Uffizi last week, second off the bench for Brett Pelling, who owns seven Big M training titles


6-Medieval Dragon – Cut the corner turning for home & taken down for pylon violation last week, Burke trainee needed the race & lightly-raced 4YO has room for improvement


2-Art Miami – Homebred first time starter for Team Toscano, made progress in his latest two qualifiers & draws inside a soft field, dam is a sister to Mach It So, 1:48 [$1,810,344]



6-Sams Triple Crown – Lightly-raced & versatile gelding with the winning habit has clearly cycled around, fresh off a narrow loss when asked for speed & retains Andrew McCarthy


4-Last Gunfighter – Reeled off four in a row, including a 1:50.1 career best from post seven here two starts back before the break last out, big chance to rebound with controlling speed


7-Mr Varsity – Tony Alagna-tuned colt brushed n crushed a soft N/W of 2 in a sparkling 1:50 sophomore debut, steps up to face some serious foes with loads up upside, Hip #60 in the July 16 Mixed Sale



4-Rose Run Quickley – Might be coming around after a recent sick scratch, was a little better last out @ Harrah’s Philadelphia, twice a winner here this season, drops & draws well


7-Luv At First Site – Gelding’s lone win this season came with a huge upset rally from post seven back on 4-28, returns off a game third @ Harrah’s Philadelphia


9-Michael’s Wild Boy – Was shuffled & chased a runaway Marty De Vie in last Friday’s finale, post is tougher, but his form makes him a contender in this wide-open field



7-Twice An Angel – Chased a revved up Velocity Lana here two starts back, got parked & torched @ Yonkers last out, returns at the right level with some back class lines


9-Joyful Game – Credit Rick Dane, Jr. with a smooth, patient drive & his mare outgamed the roughed up favorite Cedar Hall Heiress with a strong back half, Big M lover is a threat to repeat


3-Mojarra Hanover – Steady closer was simply too far back last week, chased a 1:49.2 sizzler before that, 10YO draws an improved post & loves the long stretch here



4-Spicebomb – Gelding has come to life & revived his winning form with two straight wins in this series, crushed first over last week & draws better for the marquee match up


6-Ville Valo – Blew them away to go two-for-two on Lasix, regained his best stride since the sick scratch & barn change to Richie Johnson, tough to go against


1-Windsong Gorgeous – 10YO warhorse gathering momentum since the latest comeback, hit the board in both legs of this series, pushes off from the rail to stalk the speed



1-Iwillmakeyousaywow – Strong season here & on a recent form spree, chased a 1:48.2 standout Bettor’s Edge last week, draws the rail as part of a solid Team Buter entry


6-Maxdaddy Blue Chip – Hip #115 in the July 16th Mixed sale, has won half of his 16 starts this season, including a 1:49.3 mark @ Tioga, sharp recent form there, ideal midpack draw here


2A-Titus Seelster – Nice transition to the mile track with a noteworthy third from the rail here last week, timed in 1:48.4, moves outside, but the Jackie Greene entry deserves a long look



7-Iammrbrightside N – First over in a 1:48.4 mile & :54.2 back half here two starts back, more demanding draw this time, but class relief helps & he could surprise with a top effort


1-Western Hill – Ranked #7 on the Road to the Meadowlands Pace, fresh off a fifth in the NA Cup, Tony Alagna-tuned gelding has talent, potential & the rail in competitive match up


9-R J P – Pace eligible & beaten favorite was forced wide from an impossible spot into a :54.3 back half last week, stuck outside again, but needed to acclimate



5-Justified – Got off to a sharp start here last month with a nose upset, then a close second, drops back down & employs his steady stalking style from an ideal midpack post for Eric Abbatiello, who’s been driving well


4-Sir Jack – Flashed a hint of late pace from too far out of range last week, look for a better start from an improved post for the high percentage Amber Buter barn


2-Rocket Da Red – This rocket has fizzled in his last two from outside posts on smaller tracks, took a mark of 1:50.4 here back on April 29, class & post relief could spell wake up



4-Pierce – Launched a premature rally to a late lead & settled for third as the beaten favorite, draws inside again for his third start off the bench with some back class on view


5-Camturo Beach – Vincent Fusco, Jr. reclaim has roughed it first over in his last three, chased blowout winner Ville Valo last week, persistence could pay off


2-Quality Bud – Possible price play in here from an inside post, shuffled & paced home in :27 chasing Spicebomb last week, a smooth stalking trip could snap his 2017 skid



2-Windsong Napoleon – Recent Mark Ford acquisition added Lasix & tried NYSS @ Vernon, then N/W of 6 @ Yonkers, 3YO ships into a much softer spot here


5-Democracy N – Took a mark of 1:50 here last season, yet has really struggled this year, used hard here from post seven two starts back, returns at a reduced level


9-Arsenic – Beaten favorite in the comebacker @ Saratoga, makes his second start for Heidi Rohr, owns a bit a back class & may be heard from despite post nine



3-Autobiographical – 1:53.2 winner here in slop this season makes his third start off the bench, drops in price & draws inside a wide-open finale


7-Yacht King – 9YO has come to hand in his last three on-the-board finishes, the latest a close

second from post eight with pace at both ends


2-Stormin Rustler – 13YO warhorse just one for 22 this season & has been landing on the fringes, yet you can never count him out with a stalking trip imminent from an inside post
